Cambridge Life Brokerage, LLC (herein referred to as ‘Cambridge’) respects your right to privacy and has established policies and procedures to protect and maintain confidentiality. This Privacy Notice explains our policies and practices regarding your non-public personal information in our current records. The Privacy Notice describes only our policy and does not apply to your relationships with other financial service providers that are not affiliated with Cambridge, such as insurance companies which Cambridge utilizes to obtain insurance products/services for you.

Our firm’s Privacy Policy is as follows:

  • Cambridge may disclose all or part of a client’s personal financial information as permitted by law to non-affiliated third parties solely for purposes of servicing or processing an insurance product or service that such consumer requests or authorizes, or to solicit insurance quotations on behalf of a consumer.
  • Cambridge maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal and state regulations to guard non-public, personal financial information.
  • Cambridge may obtain information concerning non-public, personal financial information, for example: name, address, assets, date of birth, driver license number and information concerning policy coverage(s) and premium(s).
  • Cambridge may disclose all or part of a client’s personal financial information to other third party trusted advisors engaged to do business with the same client, such as CPAs, financial advisors, attorneys, wealth managers and carriers.
  • Cambridge reserves the right to amend, modify or supplement this Privacy Policy at any time in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If changes are made to the Privacy Policy the firm will provide copies of such changes to clients as required by applicable laws.

Fees/Commission Disclosure

Cambridge may receive fees and/or commissions for the placement of insurance coverage(s). The firm may also receive from insurers and insurance intermediaries additional compensation, which may be contingent on volume, profitability or other factors pursuant to agreements relating to all or part of the business we place with those insurers or intermediaries. You may receive information about our compensation on the policy or policies you select and about any policies we have presented to you which you did not select by asking us for the information.
